Here it is! All the information for our event at the American Canyon Ruins in Napa, October 15th & 16th

Join us for live mural painting, djs, performances and more .. we have nearly 30 women artists coming together for this event and we can't wait to share it with you! Main event with music and performers, Saturday 1-9pm. Sunday family day with kids crafts, and artists mural tours - a great day to take final photos & chat with the artists!

The Ruins are located at 501 S. Napa Junction rd, American Canyon, CA 94503

HISTORY OF NAPA RUINS

A former cement plant founded in the early 1900’s, this site was left derelict in the 1970’s and being located far from anything, it became a perfect place for graffiti. For us recognizing the graffiti art legacy and background is as important as the history of the ruined buildings. From what we can gather, the place was found as a graffiti destination by the UM and GL graffiti crews. From the mid-90’s until very recently local legends such as Natrl, 7seas, Roar and Ryno painted this location and for many years it was an open canvas until it was recently bought for development. Though it will change, the nature of the ruins, and much of the artwork are currently being preserved under the new development plans.
